Payment options
WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER (INSIDE OF ECUADOR), PAYPAL, AND CREDIT CARD. AFTER BOOKING, WE WILL SEND THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. THE BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED AFTER RECEIVING THE ADVANCE PAYMENT.
Cancellation policy
Please read the cancellation policy before booking.
Any refund will be made within 10 business days to the credit card or account used for payment. Credit card fees are not refundable. Vouchers cannot be payed out.
Cancellation up to 6 days before arrival, there are administrative fees of 10%.
In the six days before arrival, cancellation fees are 50% of the total price.
One day before arrival, no refund.
Non-arrival due to illness of the guest, personal reasons, official orders, or force majeure will not affect the cancellation terms as long as Quinta El Mamey is open and operating normally. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover these cases.

Getting there
From Esmeraldas north along the coast, about 30 minutes.
From Ibarra it is 4 hours, from Quito about 5 hours by car. Parking available. We can also organize a private driver for the arrival and return.
From Esmeraldas airport it is 15-20 min by cab, cost USD 15-25. We offer an airport shuttle for USD 15. Buses leave every 20 minutes.
From Quito and Guayaquil there are direct buses to Rocafuerte, after arrangement with the bus staff the bus stops in front of our Quinta.
From the terminal in Esmeraldas direction Rioverde, bus companies Costeñita or Pacífico. Departure every 20 min. Travel time is about 40 min, cost USD 2.
The bus line operates until about 8 pm. If you arrive later, we will be happy to organize a safe cab.
